God of Warriors. Final model. Here is just a creature I did as a concept for Dominance War V Challenge. The realtime model has 16k tris and 2k textures. Sculpted in ZBrush. I used XNormal for baking the Normal and AO maps. Textured with Photoshop and Mari. Rendered with VRay and ZBrush:.

This is a work I did for a Character Design contest hosted by Pixologic and ZBrushCentral Spain. His alias is Adolfo Malevo and he is supposed to be an experienced journalist. The whole model was made in Zbrush, from the base mesh, sculpting, polypainting, materials and BPR renders. It was finalist and eventually winner of the contest. I'm very greatful to the ZBrush Spanish community and sponsors. Thank you!

Dominance War is the largest game art character competition involving many different forums worldwide. The final chapter on this war has begun and this time will be the time of gods. Orcs and Ogres! Who can resist to create one of these creatures? Well, recently I found a thread on Game Artisans forum titled Daily Sculpting Exercises. One of the themes of this week was just Orcs and Ogres, so I couldn't resist to enter and thought to do a creature inspired by the fantastic illustrations of Paul Bonner. This is just a sculpting practice and it took me a bit more than 2 hours:.

This was a game character test I did for the guys at Naugthy Dog, the creators of the popular UNCHARTED game series. The task consisted in create a realtime version of Eddy, the leader of an indonesian pirate gang, for an fictional upcoming game. Here is the final character rendered with mental ray and the marmoset engine:.
